Start 2024 on the right foot with us! We’ll set out on January 1 to a local park for a moderate hike and enjoy some fellowship out in nature.
This year we will explore Pine Log State Forest, located near Ebro, FL on Hwy 79 just south of Hwy 20. This will be an easy to moderate hike of about 2 miles with an option for longer depending on interest.
Please meet at the UU at 9am to caravan and carpool up to the park or meet us at the park at 10am.
Items to bring: water, sunscreen, bug spray, comfortable walking shoes, and LUNCH to enjoy at the park.
Entry Fee: $2/ car – be sure to bring small bills or plan to donate a bit more to the Florida State Park system.
